Why do black men consider white women too easy?
I found this article on the internet that I thought was sooo funny but yet true to some. Give me your opinion of it.

I’m sorry but I would like to challenge some of your Black male readers.
I am a White female who is engaged to a Black male-good-looking, educated and loving. I just don’t understand a lot of Black female’s attitudes about our relationship.
My man decided he wanted me because the pickings amongst Black women were slim to none. As he said they were either too fat, too loud, too mean, too argumentative, too needy, too materialistic or carrying too much excess baggage.
Before I became engaged, whenever I went out I was constantly approached by Black men, willing to wine and dine me and give me the world. If Black women are so up in arms about us being with their men, why don’t they look at themselves and make some changes.
I am tired of the dirty looks I get and snide remarks when we’re out in public. I would like to hear from some Black men about why we are so appealing and coveted by them.

I would like to respond to the letter written by A Disgusted White Girl.
Let me start by saying that I am a 28-year old black man. I graduated from one of the most prestigious universities in Atlanta , Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management. I have a good job at a major corporation and have recently purchased a house. So, I consider myself to be among the ranks of successful black men.
I will not use my precious time to slander white people. I just want to set the record straight of why black men date white women. Back in the day, one of the biggest reasons why black men dated white women was because they were considered easy.
The black girls in my neighborhood were raised in the church. They were very strict about when they lost their virginity and who they lost it to. Because of our impatience to wait, brothers would look for someone who would give it up easy without too much hassle. So, they turned to the white girls.
Nowadays, in my opinion, a lot of brothers date white women because they are docile and easy to control. A lot of black men, because of insecurities, fears, and overall weaknesses, have become intimidated by the strength of our black women. We are afraid that our woman will be more successful than us, make more money than us, drive nicer cars and own bigger houses. Because of this fear, many black men look for a more docile woman. Someone we can control.
I have talked to numerous black men and they continuously comment on how easy it is to control and walk over their white women. I just want to set the record straight. I want A Disgusted White Girl to know that not all successful black men date white women.
Brothers like Ahmad Rashad, Denzel Washington, Michael Jordan, Morris Chestnut, Will Smith, Blair Underwood, Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds, Samuel L. Jackson, and Chris Rock all married strong black women And, to flip the script, there are numerous white men, in and out of the spot light, who openly or secretly desire black women over white women. Ted Danson, Robert DeNiro, and David Bowie to name a few.
I just don’t want a disgusted white girl to be misinformed Stop thinking that because you are white that you are some type of goddess. Remember, when black Egyptian Queens like Hatsepshut and Nitorcris were ruling Dynasties and armies of men in Egypt, you were over in the caves of Europe eating raw meat and beating each other over the head with clubs. Read your history!
It was the black woman that taught you how to cook and season your food. It was the black woman that taught you how to raise your children. It was black women who were breast feeding and raising your babies during slavery.
It is the black woman that had to endure watching their fathers, husbands, and children beaten, killed, and thrown in jail. Black women were born with two strikes against them: being black and being a woman. And, through all this, Still They Rise!
It is because of the black women’s strength, elegance, power, love and beauty that I could> never> date anyone except my black Queen. It is not just the outer beauty that captivates and draws me to them. It is not the fact that they come in all shapes, sizes, colors and shades that I love them.

Those people both need to get over themselves.
While I find it harder sometimes to attract black women than white women, once I do the operating procedure to getting them to give up the goods are pretty much the same. Women are women, regardless of their race. Both those people in the example you stated live at the mercy of their own prejudices and are weaklings which is why I say they need to get over themselves.

How to deal with depression ?
Hi, my name is Jackie. I’m only 13, teenager, but I’m like really depressed or bi-polar mostly everyday. Like one hour, I can be so happy, then one hour later, I’m torn apart. It’s so easy for me to hide my feelings because I’m really outgoing & laugh all the time with friends. I hate wearing a fake smile in front of people, when really I felt torn apart inside. I don’t want to talk to a teacher because I feel MAJORLY uncomfortable telling my teacher’s this stuff. I already talked to my mom about this, and she said everything will be okay, and that I’m beautiful no matter what. My mom supported me & everything, but I still feel pain inside. I had this crush on this guy, and he rejected me, that’s half of why I’m feeling like this. All my friends tell me I’m pretty and have nice style, and beautiful brown eyes.. But it’s so hard to believe that. I always wear eyeliner because I feel ugly without makeup, & I’m always WORRIED about grades because I expect myself to make the best grades ever, because I’m one of those "ALL A" average nerds. But, I’m very popular in the 7th grade, but I just don’t know what to do. I go to music when I feel down, but it doesn’t seem to help me enough.. what should I do ? jackie, i’m not going to tell you everything you’re feeling is normal, but it’s likely not a big concern. If you are feeling really depressed, i’d go to your school councelor since your mom isn’t listening. if you are at all thinking about hurting yourself i’d seek help immediately.
i’m guessing that you are just feeling stressed out. between guy problems and friend and family drama and the pressure from your school about your grades it’s just getting to your head. maybe try taking a yoga class to help you relax.
i’d give yourself some time too. it’s sometimes hard to get over the crush but yuou will. son’t push yourself too hard. it’ll all be fine in the end.

How do I get my 9 month old to go to bed at a decent hour?
He used to be asleep at 7. Now refuses to sleep till 9 or 10. ( his day routine has not changed ) Its a huge fight! Is there any way of having a pleasent bed time?
My son is 18 months and bedtime is 8:30 every night no matter if he fusses and crys about it.You are the parent and the child needs to know that you are in control.Let him fuss and fight-but don’t change the bedtime.Eventually he will learn to sooth himself to sleep and learn that putting up a fight gets him nowhere.

what worked for us was dimming the lights, keeping things quiet and boring, if you make staying up look enticing then baby will want to stay up. also falling asleep is alot easier with a full tummy, don’t forget that bedtime snack, but keep the sugary foods to a minimum

I haven’t had kids before so I don’t really know this from experience, but my friend’s parents said that someone told them to put the child to bed at the desired time and absolutely ignore their protests. After a few nights, the child would realize that complaining won’t work, and that they will just go to sleep. Supposedly, this worked…

My son did the same thing when he was about 11 months old… the time change also messed with him quite a bit. Honestly, we just went with it.. to a certain degree. He wants to sleep at 9, so we let him go to sleep at 9… but EVERY night, we put him to bed at that time.. no matter what. Some nights he cries… so we follow this schedule.. (he is now 20 months and in a toddler bed, but it was the same when he was in his crib still)
9:00 put him to bed… if he is still crying in 3-4 minutes, I go into his room, calm him down, and assure him I am still there.
5 minutes later, he is almost always asleep… but if he isnt, I repeat the 3-4 minute thing. It only took two nights to get him to sleep through a whole night, and although it was hard going in there every night, every few minutes, he got the hang of it.. and we havent had a problem since.

Once he’s good and full (after dinner), let him play for a little while, give him a bath(try Johnson’s bedtime with Lavender) It worked wonders with my daughter at that age, and give him a little bath-time play, he should be ready to sleep by then.

You just have to be firm and strict. Put him in the bed and close the door even if he fusses. Also midday naps help and studies have shown that little ones develop better cognitive thinking with a nap…too bad that study wasn’t done on American adults!

Around the time he was with Winona Ryder I thought he was cute (tall, dark and lean). It started to bug me when it seemed like he was on drugs, that turned me off a bit.
Even though he’s older now he’s still got that boyish face, but I don’t usually go for that type. He’s changed his look a few times though for roles.
Actually I started off hating him in 21 Jump Street, I thought he was just a pretty guy with no real talent, but he proved himself as an actor. I hope he has a role some day that gets him an Oscar.

I have asked her not to contact me, have asked others to ask her not to contact me. I can block her phone number etc. but I cannot change my email because of my job. But she says she cannot stop talking to me. She says she loves me, calls me her best friend, tells me i keep her head where it needs to be. I have asked her if there is any hope for us getting back and she says give her time or some cryptic answer. I have tried to move on, but my heart is with her and everyone I date senses they are not getting my full 100%. How do I get over her, how do I get her back, valentines is coming do i send her a card, flowers, nothing? I feel lost. Advice?

It’s very simple. If she really wants to be with you, she’d be with you. If she’s not with you, then she really doesn’t want to be with you. I think this situation is super selfish, and I’ve been there, where one person wants the love, and the other person just wants to hang on to that love for self esteem purposes or fear of being alone and having that someone just in case or whatever, and it sucks. For me, it didn’t work out, and after 4 years of not talking to each other, we gave the friendship another shot, and it didn’t work out.
It is very difficult to remain friends with someone you are in love with because true friends are for break ups, or sharing love/desire for other people, etc. Can you deal with her possibly falling for someone else?
IMHO you should block all contact with her. You don’t need to change your email address, you can block her from your email as well, or at the very least put her in your spam or junk folder. After months of not recieving any news from you, she might get the hint.
You can’t control what other people will do to you, but you can control how long you want to grieve over this. A break up certainly does deserve grieving time, but I wasted 7 years of my life on someone who was not worth it. How long do you want to hurt over her?
